There are many boosts available with an item upgrader. These can include stats and additional bonuses. These bonuses can be applied to weapons or armor, as well trinkets. They can be used to enhance the capabilities of a character, or give a new dimension of variety to their character.
The upgrade system in World of Warcraft allows players to upgrade the quality of their gear by spending currency at an item upgrader NPC. This system first came into play in Mists of Pandaria, and continued in Warlords Of Draenor. It's a great way to raise the level of your equipment, letting you to skip the grind and avoid a lot of wipes in Mythicand Dungeons.
If an item is upgraded its basic type will change. Upgrades to a normal item produce an Exceptional variant, while upgrades to an Exceptional model create an Elite. The item will keep the same stats it had prior to upgrading, but will also gain an additional benefit from its new base type. This bonus will be randomly selected from the following options: an opportunity to acquire weapons with a greater damage range and a chance to gain an enhanced reload speed or a chance to gain an increased defense roll.
The amount of upgrades you do will determine the amount of extras you receive. Each upgrade will increase the corresponding extras by increments of 1, up to a maximum value of 3. Each upgrade will also boost the main stats by +1.
In addition to the stat increases certain upgrades can also give a random secondary boost. These boosts can be quite valuable and should be considered when deciding on which items to upgrade. Certain of these boosts may only be used in certain builds (such a Whistan's Shield for FB Sorcs) Some are useful to collectors.
Some items have an inherent boo, which is not useful when upgraded, for example the Goldwrap which gives more slots for potion. They are often upgraded to add more value to a nearly perfect item.
Costs
There are a few costs that are associated with upgrades to items. The first is the cost for the upgrade. This cost can be expensive and depends on the new value of the item and the number perks it gains. Upgrades to higher levels (such as Explorer to Champion or Veteran to Heroic) can be costly.
The other is the cost of the materials needed for an upgrade. These items are typically Power Dices (dropped from monsters 21+), Minerals and Erons or a specific Mists Of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor Quests. upgrade item are available in the inventory of an upgrade vendor.
The process of upgrading an item is complicated and requires time. Based on the magnitude of the upgrade, it can take up to 8 hours. The upgraded item's base stats are calculated by using the new ilvl of the item bonus, perks, as well as other properties. This calculation determines the updated Armor Class bonus, damage dice, and other important statistics. In some cases the upgrade will provide additional benefits that can be chosen from a variety of advantages.
Rarely, the new benefits acquired will cost more than one perk slot to acquire In these cases the upgrade will replace the highest-cost perks. Sometimes, the upgrader may make other changes to an item, such as changing the type of weapon damage or adding or removing an unwieldy or operative property. These modifications are based on an item's ilvl. They may also require special materials, for instance Adamantine.
Success Rate
Item upgrades are based on a chance, and like any random system, there is the possibility that the upgrade will fail. However, there are some things which can improve the odds of success. This includes using an Upgrade Pity or the addition additional materials to your upgrade.
An Upgrade Pity is an item you can buy from the smithing NPC in Lost Ark. It increases the chances of an upgrade succeeding by some percentage. It is similar to the "luck bonus" that some items provide however it is more secure. It can be added to any armor or weapon, and can be used up to three times.
You can also add other materials to the upgrade to increase the chance of success. They are displayed in a separate window, above the + button. However, there are limitations to this, and the highest amount of material that can be added is displayed directly above the + button in the user interface.
Another way to increase the chance of an upgrade succeeding is to use an item known as a Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version of it. This item is beneficial if you have a weapon or piece of equipment that has reached the maximum level for its tier or is close to it. It will allow you to upgrade that piece of equipment to the next level without worrying about it breaking.
If an upgrade fails the upgrade will be reversed to its initial state. This is usually an error, but it could also be a downgrade. It is recommended to save an upgrade when you are close to the maximum capacity of an item, and use it as an emergency.
Kafra offers a variety of products that can be used to increase the chances of an upgrade being successful. You can increase the chances of success by upgrading your equipment several times using HD Oridecon and HD Elunium. In the same way, increasing the likelihood to receive a Double Mint from Shoe-Minting a maximum of five times will also increase the chance of success.
Failure Rate
The item upgrader allows the player to add a second card slot to their equipment. These slots can be used to apply an enhancement or enchantment to an item. It is important to note that not all items can be upgraded. The rate of upgrade and enchantment is based on the item's rank. The higher the rank, the more Zen and the items you'll need to upgrade it.
This kind of system can be expensive, especially for high-level equipment. Upgrades to weapons and armor can cost up to 100,000 z or 100 Carnium. The success rate also decreases as you go up in rank. You can increase the chance of upgrading an item by using cash shop items.

Normal Upgrade is the most basic upgrade that can be carried out on armor pieces, weapons and bicycles. It consumes different grades of core, depending on the type of item. In general, lower grade items require less expensive cores, whereas higher-grade ones require more expensive cores.
To perform a normal upgrade, you must first have the right number of cores. Click the button next to the item you wish to upgrade once you've got the cores. The upgrade window will display a percent indicator of your chances of success. This percentage is determined by the upgrade level and kind of product you have selected.
You can also select an item with a safeguard that will safeguard the item in case of failure. The cost of this protection may differ however it will always be lower than the cost of buying a new item. The protection can only be used once for each upgrade and will not expire until used again.
The interface for the item upgrader can be somewhat difficult, but not impossible to navigate. The main menu is displayed on the left side and the upgrade window appears on the right. The arrows on the left of the UI indicate the various steps during the upgrade process. If you're not sure what you're doing, use the question mark icon to seek assistance. The process of upgrading could take as long as five minutes.
