World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade
The upgrade of items allows players to increase the level of equippable weapons and armor. This improves the stats and may also include buffs or rerolls an attach.

Cost

An upgraded item may also provide additional buffs to the unit it is equipped with. These upgrades are able to boost the overall strength of a unit or a single unit, and may have a significant impact on the gameplay.
Any item upgrade r NPC can be found in the game. Generally view site… are found in major cities or questing locations. You can also find item-upgraders in dungeons that feature high-level bosses. You can also talk to NPCs in the garrisons of your faction.
The World of Warcraft item upgrade system lets players upgrade the level of weapons, armor and trinkets. Reroll Tokens can be used to reroll an item which has been upgraded. The new item has a distinct set of bonuses, and is of a lower item level. The rerolled item will also have different requirements for dexterity and strength. It is important to note that the rerolled item will not keep its original strength or any wasted resource.
Rerolling upgraded items is only possible if the item was upgraded was Epic Rare, Rare, or Unique. Exceptional items are also allowed to be rerolled, but their original stats will be replaced with a flat bonus. Rerolling an item that is Rare or Epic item will produce an ordinary version, while doing the same with the Epic version will result in an elite version.
Upgraded items may have additional modifications that can enhance their performance and boost their stats. These additional modifiers aren't included in the upgrade cost. You can purchase them at the Trading Post, or through other players. They can also be earned by completing specific missions in the game.
To upgrade an item of equipment, you must visit the NPC [Armorto upgrade a piece of equipment, visit the NPC [Armor] Boboko located in Central Flarine. You will need Power Dices depending on the item. (Dice 6 can be dropped by monsters 21+, Giants and Bosses; Dice 12 is dropped by Bosses). You will also need various amounts of Minerals and Erons.
Time
Upgrades to items can be used to boost the performance of your ship and gear without having to level them. While upgrading isn't inexpensive, it's a good way to improve your stats without having spend a lot of time in combat. It's important to know the benefits and costs prior to investing your money or time.
Each upgrade boosts the stats of an item by a specific amount and also offers the chance for a bonus substat increase. The extra substat is a random and may range from a slight increase in one statistic to a much greater increase in another. It is recommended to concentrate on the best-in-slot items first, as they'll provide a greater return for your investment.
You can view the time required to complete an upgrade when you open your inventory and select an item such as a ship, weapon or accessory. The upgrade window will show the estimated completion time and the progress. In some instances you may be capable of speeding up the process by using a Glyph.
It is also possible to recover any or all upgrade components from an item using a special high-tier salvage kit sold by Black Lion Salvage and Ascended Salvage. This is not the case for legendary equipment or upgrades that can be recovered with an Upgrade extractor or by making a claim with the appropriate Karma merchant.
Rewards
The upgrading of items provides players with currency and a range of items. Each upgrade also has a chance of granting a random stat bonus. This process is based on Growthstones and Sollant however there is a chance of getting an upgraded item in just one cycle. The higher the level an item attains, the greater its boosted stats value and the more items it is able to upgrade to.
Upgrade components can be integrated into weapons, armor, and trinkets to provide an attribute bonus or additional effect when the equipment is being used. Certain upgrade components can be equipped with additional cosmetic effects. Players can obtain upgrade components through crafting, buying from vendors or on the Trading Post, looting, or receiving as a reward. Players can also retrieve upgraded items by using an Upgrade extractor, or salvage with a high-tier salvage kit. Glyphs placed on tools for gathering are able to be swapped.
A player can turn an item to upgrade it into another item by selecting it and pressing the green button with an arrow that indicates reroll. This alters the layout of the item's window and allow players to choose up to six items to "recycle". The item that is recycled will be exchanged with an item of level 1 of the same type. Recycled items won't keep their status, nor will the resources used to upgrade it.
The maximum level of upgrade for an item is determined by the item's level and its quality. Rare items can be upgraded up to an maximum of level six while Rare and Epic items can be upgraded to level nine. Item upgrades are added to the base statistics of the item and won't increase after a certain point.
